What's New?

Once we do what we love, does it feel like work? Of course not! That's why it's important to me to build each learner's lessons around topics that they have a passion for.

Before I tearfully press 'End Meeting' for the last time before Christmas, I just wanted to say "Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good night."

When I was a teaching assistant in primary schools, there were 3 very enjoyable things that I wanted to focus on more as an English tutor.

Merry Christmas! Ok, don't panic, Christmas is a couple of months away yet, but that hasn't stopped Olly and me from starting to write a pantomime in his lessons.

Really proud of Morgan in Year 5! He was so focused on his writing in our lesson and he came up with some brilliant ideas!

As I walked through the wrought iron Victorian gate, my head was filled with a whirlwind of emotions and possibilities. This was my first day at primary school and I could only dream about what was in store.
